On stays of one night or holidays, we require full payment within one week of making reservation. On stays of two nights or more we require a 50% deposit within one week, the balance to be paid at check–in.

must be received two weeks before check–in date for any refund. Cancellations received less than two weeks before check–in, refunds will be made only to the extent that we are able to re–rent the space with no loss to the Bed and Breakfast. Early departures are treated as partial cancellations. All refunds are subject to a 10% service fee of held deposit.

Check–in is any time after 2 p.m. However, please call with approximate arrival time so that the needs of both our schedules can be accommodated.
